Contact the volunteer to schedule a classroom visit upon receipt of the volunteer information. Contact the JA office if I have not been able to make contact with the volunteer within one week of trying. Prepare students for classroom visits by volunteer. Stay in the classroom during the volunteer visits and maintain classroom discipline during volunteer visits. Help with activities that require extra assistance. Give the volunteer feedback about his/her presentation. Submit all requested information and nominations to JA staff in a timely manner.
